Job search websites for refugees
Our attention was recently caught by a French and a German Job search website offering jobs to refugees and acting as "jobfair websites". The Websites are the following :

AERé (Action Emploi Réfugié) is a virtual meeting place for employers who are looking to hire and for refugees who are trying to find jobs. The organisation was set up in September 2015 with the aim to improving refugees' access to the French labour market from the early stages of their arrival.
Action Emploi Refugies will be piloted initially using Facebook and then moving to a free mobile app to allow for scalability and ease of use. Many refugees and individuals have Facebook accounts and smartphones, and so accessing the service should be easy. A pilot of the service will take place in the town of Sarcelles, which is home to a large community of Iraqis who have fled the Islamic State and whose local government are actively engaged in trying to support the integration of refugees in the town. Aéré anticipates the pilot to last 2-3 months and aims to sign up c.200 refugees and c.50 individual and businesses employers. Based on the pilot AEré will then test and refine the service and scale to other towns. In order to develop the amount of jobs that are posted on the group page, the organisation will mobilise the following networks:
• Friends, colleagues and connections that will promote the service using their social networks
• A small group of businesses in Sarcelles who will pilot the service by posting adverts on the group page
• A network of larger organisations and companies in Paris that have agreed to help and who will support in hiring refugees
